Terms of Service

! By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the terms of service below !

1. General price commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed otherwise.2. additional character be charged 70% of the normal price.3. Price will be 2-3x for commercial purposes (depends on where it will be used).4. please do send specific references for a better result (such as pose, expression, cloth, etc).5. commission will be declined if I do not feel comfortable in fulfilling your request.6. Max revision: 3 times.7. Extra revisions and any major changes will be charged a fee starting at +5K (+3 USD) for each revision.8. If the client cancels the commission in the middle of the project, the amount the client must pay will depend on how far along the artist is with the piece.9. Estimation work: 5-14 days (depending on the queue).10. Rush project, Please notify me if you need the commission done within a specific time or date (includes an extra fee of +50%).11. PLEASE DON'T Edit, Trace, insert to AI, Crypto, NFT, Claiming, Reselling, Monetizing or Modify the piece in any way.12. If you're want to post the art publicly, please only upload the watermarked version. Do not post the original file publicly.13. The image will be automatically uploaded. let me know if you don't want to upload it. (includes an extra fee of +50%).14. No refund after the payment. Except I'm not able to finish your order.
